Why we are building this

We have worked as consultants and freelancers ourselves and felt the frustration: tools designed for large accounting firms, invoices that take 20 minutes to create, and a hopeless mess of PDF files when a customer finally says yes. There was no tool that felt made for us — so we built one.

What we believe in

• Sub-30 seconds. A quote should take less time to create than writing an email.
• Customer experience. Approving a quote should not require an account. One click, done.
• Your brand. The customer should see you, not us. No spam footers, no irrelevant branding.
• Swedish compliance. Everything you send follows VAT law and bookkeeping law — automatically.
• Data in the EU. Stockholm, eu-north-1. Full stop.

How we make money

OffertEase is self-funded. We do not take VC money and we are not chasing "growth at all cost". Our business model is simple: an honest free plan so you can try the product, and a Pro plan for SEK 149/month or SEK 1,190/year when you are ready to go all in. No hidden fees, no freemium traps.
